  Booth Equipment

Booth Information

For booths that equal 100 sq feet to 300 sq feet the following equipment will be provided for each 10 x 10 space:

  • 8' High Pipe and Drape Back Wall
  • 3' High Pipe and Drape Side Wall
  • (1) 6' Skirted Table
  • (2) Folding Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) ID Sign (for each total booth space)


Example: A 10 x 20 Booth will receive : Draping, (2) Skirted Tables, (4) Folding Chairs, (2) Wastebaskets and (1) Company ID Sign. Should you not need all equipment that is placed in your booth space, simply sit it in the aisle and we will pick it up.

Booths larger than a 10 x 30- SCS will not place Drape, Provided Skirted Table, Folding Chairs in your booth to allow for installation of booth structures.  You are entitled to these items and we will deliver them upon request at no additional charge for items included in your booth space.

Example: A 20 x 20 booth can request that we deliver 8’ Tall Back Drape, 3’ Tall Side Drape, Up to (4) Skirted Tables, up to (8) Folding Chairs.  Items that are not included and must be ordered include but are not limited to: Audio Visual, Carpet and Padding, Specialty Furnishings, Graphics, Labor, or included furnishings beyond the number of items.

  Labor

SCSWORX will only guarantee the starting time of 8 a.m. for installation labor of advance paid orders. Start times after 8 a.m. will be filled as close to the requested time as possible. On-site orders will be filled after all advance orders. Dismantle labor will be provided as soon as ALL empty containers have been returned to the exhibitors booths.

Advance Shipments

Additional Advance Shipment Information
  • Shipments should arrive between $event.AdvanceReceivingStartDate.ToString("D") and $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D")
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a  late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after $event.AdvanceReceivingEndDate.ToString("D") cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
  • Please print the advance shipment labels by clicking on that option in the left hand menu

Direct Shipments
